By using leadnova.app you agree to these terms. 1. Account You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18. 2. Acceptable use You will not use LeadNova to send spam, illegal content, harassment, or anything violating WhatsApp Business / Meta / Telegram terms. See /legal/aup. 3. Subscription & billing Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year unless cancelled before renewal. Prices are shown on /pricing. 4. Cancellation Cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active until its end. 5. Refunds See /legal/refunds. 6. Service availability We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. 7. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. 8.
