Data Deletion

You can delete all data associated with your LeadNova AI workspace at any time. To request deletion: (1) sign in and go to Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace, or (2) email privacy@leadnova.app with the subject 'Data Deletion' from the email address registered to your workspace. Deletion completes within 30 days and removes all conversations, contacts, leads, attachments, AI extractions, workflows, and integration tokens. Audit logs and billing records are retained for the period required by local law (typically 7 years for tax / accounting), then permanently destroyed. Meta / WhatsApp Business token revocation is performed immediately on deletion.
