Privacy Policy

LeadNova AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your rights. 1. Roles. When you use the Service we are the data controller for your account information (name, email, billing data) and a data processor for the conversation, contact, and lead data you process through the Service on behalf of your end users. 2. Data we collect. (a) Account data: name, email, password hash, locale, time zone, IP address. (b) Workspace data: conversations, contacts, leads, attachments, AI-generated drafts. (c) Operational data: logs, error reports, performance metrics. (d) Billing data: payment provider tokens — we never store full card numbers. 3. Why we use it. To provide and operate the Service, authenticate users, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve product quality on aggregated, anonymised data. 4. Sharing. We share data with sub-processors strictly to operate the Service: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), payment (Stripe), AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic), analytics. A current list is available in our DPA. We do not sell personal data. 5. Storage & security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Production data is hosted in EU (Frankfurt) by default; regional residency options are available on Pro and above. 6. Retention. Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion. Audit logs and billing records may be retained for 7 years where required by law. 7. Your rights. Subject to applicable law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing of your personal data. To exercise rights, email privacy@leadnova.app. 8. International transfers. Where data is transferred outside the EEA / UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards. 9. Children. The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. 10. Changes. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. 11.
