Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeadNova AI ("Service"), provided by LeadNova AI. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. 1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the entity you represent. 2. Account & subscription. Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. WhatsApp and Meta conversation fees are passed through at exact cost with no platform markup. 3. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, engage in deceptive marketing, harass recipients, or violate the messaging policies of WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, or any other channel. You are responsible for the lawful basis (consent, legitimate interest, etc.) under which you contact end users. 4. Your content. You retain ownership of conversations, contacts, leads, and other data you process through the Service. You grant LeadNova AI a limited licence to host, transmit, and display this content solely to operate the Service for you. 5. AI features. Outputs from AI features (reply drafts, lead scoring, intent detection) are suggestions; you remain responsible for the final message sent. We may use anonymised, aggregated metadata to improve product quality but never train shared models on your customer data. 6. Suspension & termination. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonable. You can export your data at any time before deletion under our Data Deletion policy. 7. Disclaimer & liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. 8. Changes.
