Acceptable Use Policy
By using LeadNova AI you agree not to use the Service for the activities listed below. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice when the violation is unambiguous (e.g. spam) or carries legal risk. 1. No spam or unsolicited messaging. The Service is for responding to inbound conversations and engaging contacts who have opted in. Do not use it to mass-message recipients who have not given consent under applicable law (GDPR, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR, UAE TRA rules). 2. No deceptive content. No phishing, scams, fake support personas, fraudulent payment requests, or impersonation of any individual or organisation you don't represent. 3. No prohibited content. No CSAM, no incitement to violence, no harassment, no malware, no content that is unlawful in the recipient's jurisdiction. 4. No platform-policy violations. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram each publish their own commercial messaging policies. By connecting a channel you agree to follow them in addition to this policy. We will honor platform takedowns. 5. No abuse of AI features. The AI suggests replies that you, the operator, are responsible for sending. Don't bypass our rate limits, attempt prompt injection against other workspaces, or use AI output to automate harassment or fraud. 6. No reverse engineering of paid features. Don't scrape, rebadge, or rent out the Service to third parties without an Agency-tier license. 7. Reporting abuse. If you receive a message sent through LeadNova that violates this policy, email abuse@leadnova.app. We respond within 24 hours. Violations are evaluated case by case. Severe or repeat violations result in immediate account termination without refund. Bona-fide mistakes (e.g. an opted-in list that developed bounces) get a written warning and a 14-day remediation window. Contact: abuse@leadnova.app · legal@leadnova.app.
