Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want LeadNova AI to be a confident purchase. Here's how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. 1. Free trial. Every new workspace gets a 14-day trial of any paid plan. No credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade by the end of the trial, the workspace downgrades to a read-only state — no automatic charge. 2. Monthly plans. Billed in advance for one month at a time. Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for unused days on monthly plans. 3. Annual plans. Billed once for the year, with a meaningful discount vs monthly (≈17%). Within the first 30 days of an annual purchase you may request a full refund for any reason by emailing billing@leadnova.app. After 30 days annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent the next renewal. 4. Plan changes. Upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated against the remainder of your current period — you pay only for the difference. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal so you keep the higher tier through what you've already paid for. 5. Failed payments. We retry a failed renewal three times over five days, with email notifications at each retry. If all retries fail, the workspace moves to a read-only state — you can recover it by updating the payment method any time in the next 30 days. After 30 days dormant the workspace is scheduled for deletion (see Data Deletion policy). 6. Pass-through fees. WhatsApp / Meta conversation fees and payment-processor fees are billed separately at exact cost with no platform markup. These are non-refundable because the underlying providers don't refund them to us. 7. Disputes. Before opening a chargeback please email billing@leadnova.app — we resolve >95% of billing questions within one business day, and chargebacks trigger payment-processor fees we have to pass on. 8. Service-level adjustments. If a confirmed Service outage exceeds the SLA published in your plan, contact us for a credit toward the next bill — credits, not refunds, by default.
